Leave the busy world at the gate and step into our Seasonal Self-Care Circle, a monthly gathering created for women who long to slow down, breathe deeply and remember the magic within themselves. In a world that asks us to keep giving, doing and rushing, this is your invitation to come home to yourself. Unlike our creative gatherings, there are no arts or crafts in this circle. Instead, this is a chance to simply receive. Together we'll gather in circle with tea and sweet treats, journey through a seasonal meditation, work with crystals and oracle cards, weave intentions for the month ahead and honour the changing season through a self-care rituals inspired by nature, folklore and the wheel of the year. As you leave, you'll carry home a beautiful seasonal ritual gift bag, to remind you that self-care doesn't end when the circle does. It's found in the little moments... lighting a candle, brewing a cup of tea, pulling a card, taking a deep breath and choosing yourself.
